HOW DOES COACHING DIFFER FROM COUNSELING?
Traditional counseling offers therapeutic direction or advice as to a decision or course of action in a variety of life situations, including careers, families, and marriage. Holistic coaching encompasses a form of traditonal counseling, but is committed to all aspects of a person's life (mind, body, spirit). The life coach is a highly trained mentor/success partner who works interacatively with a client who wants to go beyond the average to have an extraordinary life. The coach provides the tools, guidance and support to empower clients to design and create their personal and business lives the way they really want them to be.
WELLNESS PLAN
Your wellness plan will begin with a telephone contact and will be a collaborative effort. We will design a road map of measurable goals. You, however, will decide your short and long term goals. Your life coach will facilitate your movement toward those goals. As obstacles appear, the coach will be there to help you navigate through them. Your life coach will facilitate the process of you discovering your own inner wisdom and answers for your life challenges. Meetings will convene by telephone, email or in person once a week. Be prepared to work hard. You will be challenged to keep focused through this experience. You will find WELLNESS through this process. I promise!
